We are an architecture practice working with private clients, developers and organisations on residential, commercial and community projects across London, Sheffield and the Peak District. Much of our work engages with existing buildings and sensitive sites – including heritage contexts and constrained plots – with a strong emphasis on early-stage design and planning, where decisions around form, structure and context are set.
As a small practice, we work closely with our clients throughout the process, developing projects through conversation and collaboration. We place particular importance on materials, technical design, detailing and interiors – considering how buildings are made, adapted and inhabited over time. Our aim is to create spaces that work well for those who use them, as this is fundamental to sustainable and long-lasting architecture.

We work with private clients, developers and organisations, providing the full range of architectural services across all RIBA stages, from initial briefing and concept design through planning, technical design and construction.
We are happy to tailor our involvement to suit your needs, whether that’s supporting early decision-making, preparing a planning application, or taking a project through to detailed design and delivery on site.
Much of our work engages with existing buildings and heritage contexts, and we have significant experience working on sensitive sites, including projects within the Peak District National Park, where we have a strong record of securing planning approval.
